training has improved
training has turned a corner. the girls are working out positively. they are getting to grips with the concept that they must not only do the work. they must do the work in a tidy manner. today's session was quite satisfying. they are also applying themselves to technique. things are most definitely looking up.Labels: positively, technique, tidy, training
